Argiris Saraslanidis, known professionally as Argiris Ser, is a Greek muralist and Op Artist based on the island of Corfu. Born in Thessaloniki in 1978, he began his artistic journey in the early 1990s through graffiti, later studying graphic design and comics. Over the past three decades, Ser has developed a distinctive visual language that merges street art with optical illusions, minimal forms, and vibrant colour palettes.

Recognised as a pioneer of Greece’s urban and contemporary mural scene, Ser’s large-scale works appear in cities across Europe, including London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, and Amsterdam. His signature style combines geometric patterns, bright tones, and playful distortions of form, inviting the viewer into a dynamic, often surreal visual experience. His use of colour and composition creates a balance between simplicity and complexity, engaging the eye while challenging perception.

In addition to his independent projects, Ser has collaborated with major international brands such as the United Nations, Reebok, Converse, and Visa, further cementing his reputation in the global street art community. He continues to work actively from his base in Corfu, contributing both to the island’s cultural identity and to the broader development of public art in Greece.

His murals often transform everyday architecture into striking, thought-provoking spaces, merging visual aesthetics with social presence.
